My child was under Sharon's care for several years and improved tremendously with many goals met. Besides attaining speech goals, Sharon also advised my child on handling social situations related to communication, putting speech skills into use. Sharon provided valuable feedback after every session with takeaway home practice for parents. Her methods are very technical and effective for my child, as I saw improvements within a short time compared to other therapists. I highly recommend Sharon as a speech therapist.

Sharon has been working with my now 10 old son since 2019. She is the best. She is very resourceful when working my son. Not only that, she write down the instructions as homework for my wife to practice during the rest of the week. Sharon also take meticulous notes for each session and email us same day, which is super helpful to follow along the progress my son has made. If you looking for an in-home speech therapist, and Sharon is available. Don't think twice.

Miss Sharon is amazing, total miracle worker if you will! My daughter has had phenomenal improvement in such a short time. I really wasn't sure how well my 4 year old would do with being online, but she's been making great strides under Sharon. Sharon is so sweet, my daughter lights up knowing it's time to go do speech. She is the best! This is my third kid to need speech and I wish I had found Sharon sooner! Her tips and tricks to succeed on the home front are on point. We're so happy Sharon is our SLP!

Our Purpose

Our mission is to provide quality speech and language therapy that helps children reach their full communication potential.

  /ˈleksəs/ : The total stock of words in a language : The term lexis is from the ancient Greek for 'words' and it refers to all the words in a language, the entire vocabulary of a language…

“ Use your words ” is a popular advice used by parents. We encourage our children to use their words as they struggle to communicate their needs, their wants, and their feelings. We chose our name “Lexis Pediatric Therapy” to reflect the need for words to communicate in our lives.

children do not pronounce words clearly (Speech Sound Delays);

when they haven't started talking or having limited vocabularies for their age (Early Intervention);

when they have difficulty following directions, answering questions or expressing themselves in complete sentences or in storytelling (Language Delays)

and when children have a plethora of words, but they struggle to use them to achieve a goal, such as to join in a conversation or make friends (Social Skills Delays),

then I can guide you and your child in navigating the challenges presented and finding strategies that will enhance your child’s speech, language, and social development.

I am here to provide you the tools, the expertise, and the resources to help your children develop the power to use lexis in a clear manner, to use lexis meaningfully and to use lexis to achieve all communication goals.
